Most amazing stay at silver tower upon arrival yousef upgraded our room free of charge, rooms were all clean and we were provided with everything we needed I have to say my favourite part about the stay was the staff on the 3rd night of our holiday my son fell sick and the amazing man on reception organised a taxi to take us to the hospital he kept in contact the whole time and also arranged the taxi to come back and get us from the hospital and when we returned it was 12pm at night he made sure to take my sons prescription to a pharmacy collect it and take it back to the hotel to us, the hospitality was just amazing I really can’t thank the staff enough for all they did for us, amazing sunset view from our room every evening which was beautiful 5 minute walk to ladies beach and very child friendly all the amenities were amazing and I will definitely be returning to this hotel again the hotel was perfect as it was but the staff just made the stay even more amazing for us I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!!! Thanks to everyone at silver tower 🙂
